GPC4.0 (Glazing Process Control 4.0) arises from the need to create a work system consisting of interconnected machines that can guarantee a real increase in production by minimizing problems that are still not controlled in the glazing line, absolutely fundamental in the ceramic glazing process. This system is able to control, for example, the density and additives of glazes through the GLAZE STATION machine, in order to have constant tones and avoid defects caused by glazes not created correctly, through the TB30 / TB22 pump to maintain constant pressure. and also check the drafting of each individual nozzle through AGCS in order to know the actual application drafting in real time. Finally, working with an airless (both for small and large formats) complete with automatic washing, the system allows to minimize the time required for washing and optimize the stops related to cleaning the digital, increasing the productivity of the system. This system applied to the complete glazing line, therefore, allows to have control, avoid known problems and increase quality production.
